Welcome to LinksTrackly, a SaaS platform for traffic intelligence, link tracking, and automated ad fraud protection. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, dashboard, tools, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

LinksTrackly is a product owned and operated by Vcareall Consultancy Services L.L.C-FZ, which provides traffic protection, link management, and analytics services to businesses worldwide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.

You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms
The information you provide is accurate and complete
You will comply with applicable laws and regulations

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree not to:

Share your account with others
Use someone else's account without permission
Attempt to bypass our authentication measures

4. Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes.

Prohibited Activities

Misuse or interfere with the Service
Use the Service for phishing, spamming, malware, or malicious redirection

Attempt to bypass or weaken security measures
Engage in fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity

Permitted Activities

Automated management of Google Ads IP exclusion lists
Traffic quality analysis and invalid traffic mitigation
Lawful link tracking, campaign measurement, and reporting

Important: We may suspend or terminate accounts that engage in prohibited or abusive activity.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable charges shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payment TermsAll fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law
You may cancel or modify your subscription through your account dashboard
Automatic renewal occurs on the applicable billing cycle date unless you cancel in advance
Price changes will be communicated in advance where required

6. Intellectual Property

LinksTrackly, including its software, branding, design, documentation, and related content, is proprietary to Vcareall Consultancy Services L.L.C-FZ or its licensors.

You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the Service without prior written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process and protect personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our published practices.

8. Service Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available access. We may suspend access temporarily for maintenance, updates, abuse prevention, or security reasons.

Service Level: We strive for high availability while prioritizing platform stability and security.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, or create legal, operational, or security risk. Violations of applicable Google Ads policies may also result in suspension or termination.

Immediate termination may occur for:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior
Legal or regulatory compliance requirements
Security threats or platform risks

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
Our aggregate liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by you during the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vcareall Consultancy Services L.L.C-FZ, its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we may provide notice by email, dashboard notice, or another reasonable method. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Vcareall Consultancy Services L.L.C-FZ and any applicable regulations in the United Arab Emirates, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

15. Google Ads API Integration

By connecting your Google Ads account to LinksTrackly, you authorize Vcareall Consultancy Services L.L.C-FZ to access and manage relevant Google Ads data and settings through the Google Ads API as needed to deliver the Service. This may include automated application and management of IP exclusion lists and related invalid-traffic mitigation workflows.
