1. Overview of Service

LinksTrackly is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform providing advanced link tracking, traffic analytics, and click fraud protection designed primarily for marketers and advertisers. The Service may integrate with third-party advertising platforms, such as Google Ads, to automate the detection and mitigation of invalid traffic.

2. Google Ads API and Certified Tracker Compliance

• We utilize Google Ads API tokens explicitly authorized by you to manage IP exclusions and gather campaign telemetry for fraud analysis
• You agree not to use LinksTrackly to cloak, mislead, or bypass Google Ads review systems or circumvent any search engine's terms of service
• We process API data solely for campaign optimization and fraud prevention, and do not sell this data to external ad networks or brokers

3. User Obligations and Acceptable Use

As a User of LinksTrackly, you agree to the following conditions:

• Lawful Use: You will use the Service strictly for lawful performance marketing, link tracking, and fraud prevention purposes.
• End-User Consent: Because you utilize our Service to track end-user clicks (including capturing IP addresses and device fingerprints), you represent and warrant that you maintain a legally compliant Privacy Policy on your own landing pages. You must obtain any necessary consents required by applicable data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) prior to routing users through our tracking infrastructure.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your LinksTrackly account credentials and API keys. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

5. Subscription, Billing, and Refunds

Access to premium features requires a paid subscription.

6. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the LinksTrackly platform — including its software, source code, underlying algorithms, UI/UX, and trademarks — are the exclusive property of VcareAll Business Services LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service.

7. Data Ownership and Privacy

Your processing of data is subject to our Privacy Policy. While we retain aggregated, anonymized telemetry for system improvement, you retain ownership of your specific campaign data. By using the Service, you grant us a license to process your campaign and tracking data necessary to deliver the requested fraud protection features.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While our click fraud algorithms are highly advanced, we do not guarantee the prevention of all invalid traffic or that your third-party ad accounts (e.g., Google Ads) will be immune from suspension.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach any of these Terms or engage in activities that threaten the integrity of our tracking network. You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform dashboard, which will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Wyoming.

11. Modifications

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" and notifying you via email or platform notification. Continued use of the Service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
