1. General Refund Policy

All payments made to LinkStrackly for subscriptions, usage plans, or custom services are prepaid and non-refundable by default.

⚠️ We do NOT offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or lack of use
  • User error or configuration mistakes
  • Early termination of service by user
  • Downtime due to third-party providers or force majeure events

2. Discretionary Refunds

Refunds may be considered only under limited and exceptional circumstances and are issued solely at the discretion of VcareAll Business Services LLC.

💡 These include:

  • Duplicate charges due to billing errors
  • Technical issues that prevent use of the service, confirmed and unresolved by our support team within 7 business days

To request a discretionary refund, contact us with your:

  • Full name
  • Account email
  • Payment reference
  • Detailed reason for request

Response time: Our team will review and respond within 5 business days.

3. Refund Scenarios

  • Changed your mind
  • Didn't use the service
  • User configuration errors
  • Early cancellation by choice
  • External service downtime

⚖️ Discretionary Cases

  • Duplicate billing charges
  • Service technically unusable
  • Confirmed platform bugs
  • Unresolved critical issues

4. Abuse of Services

If an account is found to be:

  • Engaged in abusive activities (e.g., spam, phishing, unauthorized mass mailing)
  • Violating our Terms of Service
  • Circumventing fair usage limits or system restrictions

🚨 We reserve the right to:

  • Immediately suspend or terminate the account
  • Deny any refund requests, regardless of subscription status or remaining service days

5. Subscription Management

To avoid unwanted charges, you are responsible for:

  • Monitoring your billing cycle
  • Canceling your plan before the renewal date
  • Managing your account through the LinkStrackly dashboard
🔄 Important: Failure to cancel before renewal will not qualify for a refund.

  • Access is limited to authorized personnel
  • We use industry-standard encryption and security protocols
