Welcome to LinksTrackly, a SaaS platform that provides advanced Traffic Intelligence and Automated Ad Fraud Protection services. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our services, including our website, dashboard, tools, and any related applications (collectively,the "Service").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Company Information

LinksTrackly is a product owned and operated by Vcareall Consultancy Services L.L.C-FZ, a Dubai-based company providing advanced link management and analytics services to businesses worldwide.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using LinksTrackly, you represent and warrant that:

  • You have the legal authority to agree to these Terms;
  • The information you provide is accurate and complete; and
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

  • Share your account with others
  • Use someone else's account without permission
  • Attempt to bypass our authentication measures

4. Use of Service

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Activities

  • Misuse or interfere with the Service
  • Use for phishing, spamming, or malicious redirection
  • Send or store unlawful or infringing content
  • Circumvent security measures
  • Engage in fraudulent activities

Permitted Activities

  • Explicitly add "Automated management of Google Ads IP exclusion lists
  • Real-time traffic analysis for invalid traffic (IVT) mitigation
⚠️ Important: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaging in prohibited activities.

5. Subscription and Payment

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. You agree to pay all applicable fees as outlined at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

💳 Payment Terms:

  • All fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law
  • You may cancel or modify your subscription through your account dashboard
  • Automatic renewal occurs on the applicable billing cycle date
  • Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

6. Intellectual Property

Ensure you claim ownership of the LinksTrackly brand as a proprietary product of Vcareall Consultancy Services L.L.C-FZ.

⚠️ You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written permission.

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal data in compliance with global privacy standards, including GDPR and CCPA.

8. Service Availability

We aim to provide 99.9% uptime for the Service; however, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance, updates, or security reasons.

9. Termination

Add a clause stating that access may be terminated if the user violates Google Ads Policies, reinforcing your commitment to Google's ecosystem.

🚨 Immediate Termination Causes:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Legal compliance requirements
  • Security threats or risks

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service
  • Our total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us during the six (6) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VcareAll Business Services LLC, its affiliates, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the Service, your content, or violation of these Terms.

12. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) or the Emirate of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as applicable to your trade license.

15. Google Ads API Integration

By connecting your Google Ads account to LinksTrackly, you grant Vcareall Consultancy Services L.L.C-FZ the authority to access, manage, and modify your Google Ads campaigns via the Google Ads API. This includes, but is not limited to, the automated application and management of IP exclusion lists to protect your advertising spend from invalid traffic and click fraud.
